I stand corrected… I see that the Apple Store still lists new Intel Mac mini as available choices.

Yes you can. But if you want to buy from Apple I think it’ll be a refurbished unit which you can find at the Apple Store online.

Yes! I'm very pleased with the refurbished 2018 6-Core 512GB model that I bought back in late November to replace one of our souped up SSD/16GB 2012 Mac Mini's.
