Panic Full

I am currently using an Iphone 12 Pro and recently while using some specific app I downloaded from the appstore, the phone will hang and restart itself. After most of the restart, I found some panic full files in the Analytics Data.

I googled and it said that Panic Full files means severe hardware issues. Should I go for customer service？Or should I remove the app.

By the way I am using IOS 14.4.2, not sure if it is related or not.
