You will have to contact your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and ask them. Every location and region may be different.
Your Mac is modern enough that the "new philosophy" on repair parts would apply. A smaller numbers of available parts of higher complexity are used.
The field-replaceable unit is the combined assembly that includes battery, keyboard, trackpad, and the "top plate" to which all are attached.

I thought I answered that in my first post to you. NO. The Retina model laptops such as the 2015 model have no indicator lights for anything other than whether the Magsafe Charger is charging.

sleep is indicated by very slow pulsing of the power-on indicator.

There is no power-on indicator, just as you said.
