GMT Face Setting / 24 Hour Time

Is there a way to make the GMT face work like the GMT function of most GMT analog watches (aka like a GMT Master II?)

I'm sure many of you know exactly what I'm talking about, but I'm trying to get the GMT hand to circle the face once every 24 hours, and with 12 o'clock pointing straight down at the '6' etc.

People have asked this before but not for a long time so maybe there's an answer now. I just don't understand why this wouldn't be an option because it lets you look at the GMT hand and not have to read the number.
