How do I add a blank page between existing pages?
I know I can easily add a blank one at the end, but I want to add one between the existing first and second pages.
I accidentally did it somehow before, but can’t recreate.

You can’t add a permanent blank page in between home screens. If you had one app on a screen and then deleted it, the one screen may have been blank for a limited period of time and that’s at you saw. Once you start swiping from screen to screen, the blank Home Screen eventually goes away.

I had a page that randomly appeared, with only one app on it. But I don’t know how to make that happen intentionally. I want to populate a new page, but don’t want to move 100 apps by one page to create a “new” 2nd page. Is there a way to reorder pages? Create a new one at the end and move it to the 2nd page position?

That’s not possible unless you move every app by hand. You can’t reorder pages.
Ugh. That sucks. I found the function to tick or untick pages for display, looks like a powerpoint slide sorter, it seems it would be so easy to use that page to reorder the different pages.
