Safari has random pages up?

When i open Safari on Iphone 12 it has random pages open that I didnt open. At first i thought i had clicked something and it opened a new tab but its been happening even after I close all tabs. Any help on how to stop this?

Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.
