After about 5 seconds, it crashes. I've tried the volume up volume down restart. The logo comes on, doesn't appear to crash, but then the logo comes on again, and the cycle repeats. One time, it suggested support.apple.com/iphone/restore, and it looked like it was working, but then it crashed again, and the cycle has continued.

My iphone continuously restarts (apple logo) but never turns on.
