On my new iMac the messaging app is not synching all messages that are available on iPhone and iPad and old iMac. I have closed the app and reopened it with the same result. It only shows one addressed message that actually had been deleted and does not show up on messages on the other devices.

I opened Messages, went to preferences and clicked on sync now. That worked and its fine now. Thank you.
