hi, im trying to get claim on my phone but phone doesn't work or charge, every time i try to do a claim it they want me to turn off my find phone, which i have done that, but it keep saying that its appending earse, i can't do my claim until i have turn off my find phone please help me in this matter

If the phone will not turn on, you will not be able to erase it or turn Find My off. Have you tried any of the steps in here to restart the phone?
