I’m trying to do a claim for a device on my account that was damaged and it says I have to turn off my find iPhone on this phone to continue claim how do I do this

I have started a insurance claim that’s from Verizon it’s a Apple iPhone it was damaged and I’ve added all information then it says to continue turn find my iPhone off and then hit verify to continue claim but I can’t figure out how to do that I don’t have any way to do a claim but on my cell phone which I am the administrator of account please help I’ve been trying to finish this claim since 5pm and I can’t figure it out pleaseeeee help
