Sound and haptics
My iphone X is not producing sound and haptics..Can you please help on how to solve the problem

Tried a restart? Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
To confirm, sounds and haptics and vibration are enabled in Settings?
Settings > Sounds & Haptics > System Haptics
Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Vibration
