Center stage not available on new ipad pro?
I just got a new M1 ipad pro 12.9 inch model. I cant see any Centerstage option in my facetime settings. Any idea why?

The Center Stage option is in Settings->FaceTime->Center Stage.
It is not inside the App itself.
See here: link-> Use Center Stage on your iPad Pro - Apple Support
Also make sure the iPad is updated to iOS 14.6 in Settings->General->Software Update.

Well, I contacted Apple support and issue solved now. Apparently, on a brand new M1 ipad Pro, you have to at least use Facetime once for the center stage feature and option to get activated. A bit strange tbh but this worked!!
Well, that is exactly where I looked. However, the center stage option is not there in Facetime settings. OS is updated to 14.6. Screenshot enclosed. Is this a country or region specific thing?
I encountered the same issue when I first used my brand new iPAD Pro 5th gen - check the option in Settings->Facetime. But I discovered that you have to use the FaceTime App first and the App will tell you about Center Stage. Once accepted and check again in Settings, the option for Center Stage is available under Facetime. Hope this helps.
Dumb question, but what is the model number in Settings->General->About->Model Number.
Not dumb at all, I know where you are going. The model no is MHR63NF/A2461, so it is M1 ipad pro 2021
Ahh, thanks for that update. Still odd that it needs to be used once for it to show up. No we know, and knowing, well, you know the rest.
I had the same issue but once I opened the FaceTime App the Center Stage Feature was activated and then the option to turn it on or off appeared in the Facetime Settings.
