I forgot my iPhone 7 password and after multiple trial it shows iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes

How can I reset my password to open my iPhone? Message on the screen is "iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes"

I am not using Mac.

You don’t need a Mac, but you need a computer. If not a Mac, a PC with Windows 7 or later. See this Apple support link→If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
