I have 2 accounts and I have different apps on each account.
Will it be possible to have both Apple IDs on my I Phone X so that I could switch
between two accounts to access the app I want

You would have to sign out of one ID and then sign in with the other ID. You can't be signed into both accounts at the same time.
You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
