I updated my Apple Watch V3 to IOS 7.5 - and my side button stopped working! Any thoughts?

Hmmm, can you even turn your watch off then?

Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider, then drag the slider to turn off.
Or try forcing the restart: Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If that is not possible, you could wait and drain your battery to have your watch restarted.

If the button does not work as expected after restart, best to contact Apple Support next:
