how do i sign in with my account. when it sending me codes but theres no where to type the code in

It took me forever to figure this out. Tell me if any of this makes sense. In the passcode bar, enter your Apple ID passcode. The 6 digit code will go to your other device. On your iPod, there will be an “enter 6 digit passcode screen”. Leave this screen. Click allow on your other device and keep the code on the screen. In the passcode field on your iPod, enter your password (do not hit enter). Right after the password you typed (no spaces), enter the 6 digit code. I hope this helps! Tell me if something did not make sense. In other words,
add your six-digit verification code to the end of your password when signing in.
