Was curious my iPhone was stolen and reported I got a new phone and then revived a text about a week and a half later saying it was found with a link to find my iPhone from apple support team is this legit?

I do not fully understand your problem. Did you lost your iPhone and then got a text from Apple Support telling you they found it?
Apple Support will never text you about anything.
