Double Charging Hulu and Refusing to Refund

I am being charged through iTunes as well as Hulu directly. Hulu isn’t even getting the money from iTunes- they have no record of the Apple Payment ID’s. I tried to request a refund from iTunes and they said I can only get the last two. So Apple/iTunes is stealing the money. Why? Why can’t I get my $35.97? That’s not your money.
