How do I regain control of my online existence

Most importantly what can i do to make sure this crap never happened again. All my devices being hacked and or being disabled. My iPhone X my MacBook Pro and router/ WiFi. “Also please understand I was distracted by the death of my best friend three weeks ago and dog just this past Monday. But not anymore. Besides changing all my

devices and router what other device can I get for protection. I do not just want to roll-over and play dead. “I was these people to have a dose of their own party favor.” Revenge is a dish best served cold. What advise can you render to me to preserve their footprint on my devices. I have phone meeting with Apple fraud team in the morning.
