CAC Reader for iPad Air

I am trying to utilize my Common Access Card with my iPad Air. Is there a good card reader that uses the USB-C port. How do I install the necessary drivers onto the iPad?

Does Thunderbolt port on iPAD Pro (3rd Gen) support CAC readers?
