I feel like one of my apps got corrupted?

So something happened the other day with one of my apps. (It was roblox)

and now whenever I delete it it shows that i still have installed on the App Store. And even with the app still on my home page the app there but the icon doesn’t appear. When clicked on said app it closes and takes me back to the homepage. I don’t know if its an app store issue. But can someone find away to fix it please. (Ipad air is the device)
