Guys, I'm from India. I have been using iPhone 11 Pro max and purchased from USA.I’m not able to power on my device and I lost my iphone bill and it is still under warranty. Let me know is it possible to claim the warranty even without the bill. I have full box and accessories.

Sure. All you have to do is get on a plane and take it to the US, then make an appointment at an Apple Store or authorized service provider in the US and have it repaired or replaced, then fly back to India.
You can't get warranty service for a US phone in India even if you have the original receipt.
