Apple terms and conditions

Hi, I’m trying to update apple terms and conditions it it just keeps taking me a blank page so I’m unable to update which means I can’t update apps that have expired

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with accepting the terms and conditions in the App Store. We'd like to help.


Have you tried to connect to a different network on your iPhone to see if that helps? If not, switching to cellular, Wi-Fi, or another Wi-Fi network may help. In addition to that, these steps can also help: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.


If that doesn't resolve your issue, trying to agree to the terms and conditions on another device may help.
