I do not see an option to cancel a subscription.

I download an app on my iphone. I did not know that there was a subscription charge for the app. I deleted the app and thought I cancelled the subscription but now was charged on my credit card. How do I cancel the subscription. I went into settings, subscriptions but do not see an option to cancel the subscription.

Deleting an app has no effect on the subscription. You still have to cancel it.


Since you didn’t see the option to cancel the subscription where you thought you would see it, take a look at this.

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed - Apple Support
