Hi,
The problem is still there, doesn’t matter which way I take a screenshot. I have to restart my phone to get the screenshots in the photo gallery, the same when I take a photo, first need to restart before the photo appears in the gallery!
It’s kind off frustrating!
please help!

I having the same issue. Every time I restart my phone Abd the photos or screen shot photos will appear in my album, I have never experience this issue before I upgrade my iOS to 14.6
kindly check and help us on the above issue, I have tried and check on my iCloud storage & iPhone storage, more than enough to keep few GB of documents
Hi there lenie226,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re unable to take or send a screenshot from your iPhone. We’ll be happy to look into this with you.
Have you tested taking a screenshot, using these steps, on a couple of different apps, and the Home Screen: Take a screenshot on your iPhone. Does the same thing happen?
If so, let’s restart your iPhone and test again: Restart your iPhone. Let us know if the issue continues and if you have any Accessibility features enabled, as those may affect the way buttons work on your iPhone.
Best regards.
Hey lenie226,
We're still here for you. You said you updated iOS and factory reset and the issue continues. At this point, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance: Contact Apple Support.
Have a great day!
I'm having the exact same issue. loads of space on my phone and only a couple hundred photos
Thanks for reaching back out lenie226,
Do you ever see any storage warnings? If you go to: Settings > General > iPhone Storage, how much available space do you have? How about in: Settings > Tap your name at the top > iCloud. How much storage shows there, and does Photos say "On" or "Off?" Also, are you connected to a good Wi-Fi network? If not, let's connect to one if available, and test there. Take a photo and see if it saves to the Photos app.
Take care.
Hi,
I have more then enough space on my phone for saving the screenshots. The same thing happen when I try to take a photo, it doesn’t save the photo. But when I restart my iPhone the photo are in my gallery…
I never had this issue, happend since the software update was done.
I also did a “factory reset” on my phone, still no luck!
I’m starting to give up on iPhone.
Yeah sounds like exactly what’s happened to me. Did you buy a new Apple TV when you updated iOS? That’s the only other thing I’ve done that might be somehow related, the day I updated I linked my account to a new Apple TV
Hi, the issue is not solve, can it be unmarked?
I still not able to screen shot or save any media photos after upgrade my iOS to 14.6
im sure that my phone and iCloud have enough storage to keep the photos and my camera is working well, nothing wrong with my camera
I really hope someone can help us! I even tried downgrading to a lower IOS version!
No, I just updated my iPhone to the new iOS 14.6 and then suddenly I can’t do anything!
Hi Selene
This is so frustrating!!!
Really hope someone can help us.
This is not solved, can it be unmarked
Can you unmark this as solved, this is still an issue
Whoever the moderator is who renamed this post, the title is missing the biggest issue, we can't see photos we have taken without a restart. It's not just screenshots.
