If I need to add my android how do I go about doing it?

Two iCloud email options when using Android devices:

Add it to what? Androd has limited iCloud access apart from what you can do with iCloud.com through a web browser. You can use Apple Music using the native Apple app for Android. You can configure a third party mail reader to get access to iCloud.com email addresses. That's about it. For other things you can transfer data sets from Android but it isn't constantly updating the way iCloud really operates unless you go through each process multiple times per day.
