I am able to pair my hearing aids with my iPhone can I pair my hearing aids with Apple TV ? and why can't my hearing aids be paired with my Apple Watch?

Wondering what kind of hearing aids, and what the instructions are, that came with them,

also, the age /version of iPhone, and Watch ,and which versions of the operating system they have etc.,

so it may be a yes, or a no. And sorry I'm no expert !
