Leave a group chat

The “Leave this conversation” option is grey out for me. How can I leave the group chat?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 14

Unfortunately you can only leave a group chat IF all members are using iPhones, if any are on Android you can't. This is a carrier issue, not Apple's.
