I need to remove the credit card from daughter’s Apple ID but it will not allow me because says active subscriptions. I’ve cancelled the subscriptions. What else could be the issue?
Trying to remove payment method but won’t allow due to active subscriptions. But I’ve cancelled those so how can I proceed?
