In settings - general - reset- erase all content and settings, (please keep in mind this will delete everything, including any photos you have, if you’d like to keep the original photos you can select reset all settings, or make sure photos is turned on for iCloud so that you can access them on another device.

if you choose to reset all settings, select your profile from settings and select sign out of. Create a new account when selecting to Sign in.
