I have the same issues Mirna does. Bluetooth is staticky in my ear but fine in the callers ear.

My earpiece is a Voyager Pro with the latest update. I’m using an iPhone11Pro.

Connecting to my Onkyo receiver I sometimes have to use AirPlay because the phone won’t connect or if it does the sound can be choppy like a skipping needle on a record.

The other day I was connected by Bluetooth to the stereo, according to the phone and the stereo yet the music played from the phone. After tinkering it straightened out but when I turned off the stereo the phone wouldn’t let the stereo go. I had to go to Bluetooth Settings and shut off Bluetooth to hear sound from the phone again.

In my 2012 Camry you have a hard time understanding the person I’m talking to due to choppy sound and distortion yet the radio display shows full Bluetooth signal. The other person hears me in a clear voice.

I used to have a 5S that had none of the Bluetooth failures I experience with the 11Pro.

This is my second 11Pro plagued with this issue.

I could really use some help with this.
