Apple Watch mail syncing issue

Hi, I have Apple Watch SE WatchOS 7.5 with iOS 14.6 on my iPhone and every time when my iPhone is in Low Power Mode I have problem updating new mails on my watch. And when my iPhone is charged and with Low Power Mode off I can get new mails update on my watch again. But sometimes I noticed it missed some new mails. For example if I have both two new mails I could sometimes only get the latest or newest one on my watch while if I open the Mail app on my iPhone I could see all the new mails. My thought is that some of the new mails are not sync to my watch because they popped up in on my iPhone while it is still in Low Power Mode and it failed to sync with my watch. And once it starts to sync again with the watch it thinks that all the new mails are already on my watch but in fact they are not.

Does anybody here experience the same issue?
