Gift card activation

How can I activate my gift card ?

I want to use it for purchase and it saying not properly activated

Adebayo,

Gift cards are activated at the point of sale, not by the user.

Adebayo,

When you bought the card, the retailer should have given you a slip that confirms the activation. if you can find that, have it handy when you contact Apple Support.

It as already been activated in store but still saying not properly activated I’m confused
