By restoring the iPhone to your latest backup if you have one. If you don't, you do not recover them.

If you have a current backup, restore to that backup. I'm guessing that you haver set your iPhone to Automatically backup. If you have that turned on, you should also have automatic backups configured. While it is unusual for things like this to occur, it can, and your backup is what is there to help you recover.
