By Mistake I delete Background noise Remove from Audio Inspector. Now Please Let me know How can I get it back?

Is this some third party effect? I do not see anything by that name in my FCP.
If this is an effect and you removed it from Inspector, apply it to clip again, by dragging onto it from the Effects browser.
If not, please clarify. Posting screenshots may help.
I can't tell what you're done to remove the background noise. It might be simplest to replace the shot from the browser. Select it in the timeline and press Shift-F to get the same clip selection in the browser.
