Iphone 11 acts normal for a while then wifi turns off and can’t turn back on

Hello, I’m having this problem with my iphone where it acts pretty normal and then later in the day the wifi and bluetooth turns off and can’t turn back on for a while even after restarting network settings and restarting the phone normally. It’s getting really annoying because it used to happen but I thought it wouldn’t happen anymore because it’s been 2 months since the last time it happened. This is what shows up

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Hello faizzafzal,

We understand that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turning off and you’re unable to turn the features back on. You’ve come to the right place. We’re happy to help. You’ve completed some great troubleshooting steps so far. First, we’d like to be sure that you’re running the latest software version. Here’s how to check: Update iOS on iPhone

To clarify, does this occur while both features are enabled in the Control Center as shown here: Use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in Control

Center

 faizzafzal,

Thanks for providing us with those details. Let's force restart your phone to see if that helps. Here's how: Force restart iPhone

If you continue to experience the same behavior, we'd like to verify if the issue is software related. To do so, we'll need to secure your data with a backup if you do not have a recent one. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Once the backup is complete, we'd like to restore your iPhone to factory default settings. This will remove the data from your iPhone, however, it will still be safe with the backup you've created. At this time we will not restore your backup to your device. After you set up your device as new, test the issue. Restore your iPhone to factory settings using this guide: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

After testing the issue, you can restore your phone once again and restore the backup to your phone. Completing this step allows us to determine if the issue is stored in your backup as well.

Best wishes!

yes i’m running the latest update… sorry for the late response recently the iphone has had no problems until today so I came back to this thread. Yes bluetooth and wifi disconnects from control center and then I have to wait awhile until both functions randomly turn back on or i’ll have to reset the network settings on my phone. Seriously don’t know if this is a hardware or software issue…
