safari is not working properly

Hello, I have been using my safari since Nov 2020 (that is when i got my mac book air). but from the past few days it is not working properly. i am not able to quit safari and i am not able to see the name of the page on the tabs in safari. i have been using my mac without shutting it down since the past 3 days. At least if i cannot use, i want to quit safari. the quit safari option is completely disabled. please let me know if any one of you faced the same problem and got it solved.

i have attached an image. please help me with this problem.

When weird thangs begin to happen, the first thing to do is to restart the computer in the Safe Mode. Hold down the Shift key at startup. Be patient, it can take up to 10 minutes while the operating system is fixing itself and clearing its caches. Then restart normally and see what happens. Many times this will fix the problem.
