Ghost Touch

I am facing touch issues on my iPhone 11 some areas of Touch is not working sometimes Mostly ‘ i’ in keyboard and auto scrolling, multitouch

I have tried resetting my phone but it doesn’t help

i get to know it’s a common problem in some iPhone 11 when googled to Find solutions ,

and I found this website to find out if my device is eligible for a replacement and it says it’s not eligible, but no reason mentioned

My device Is out of Warranty , There Will be any fix for this? Or I have to change the display For a price higher than this phone
