Amazon Alexa app won't redownload! (version 14.6)

So a while ago my Alexa app would crash immediately upon opening. I tried to delete it and re-download it but the same issue kept happening. Then I tried to restart my phone and when it booted back up the Alexa app was just a white grid in place of the usual icon. Now when I delete that and go to re-download it in the App Store the App Store still thinks I have it download it and just give me the option to open it which doesn’t actually do anything when I tap it. So now I can’t re-download my app to make adjustments to my Alexa. Can anyone please help. I’m currently running version 14.6

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

You've tried some great steps so far towards resolving the issue with that app crashing, and we'd like to help however we can.

As you've already deleted it a second time, but the App Store thinks it's still downloaded to your iPhone, we recommend another restart of your iPhone.
