I can't restore my iphone. It reset itself (11 MaxPro) and now everything is gone.

I can't restore my phone from ITunes and the cloud shows it's empty though it has 5GB of storage. Any suggestions?

If you have 5 GB of iCloud storage available, then that means you have never backed up your iPhone to iCloud. Did you backup using iTunes? Perhaps these articles will help:
