Apple Pencil charges and will connect but will not write on iPad.

Pencil is still under warranty, can I take it to an apple store to be fixed or replaced?

Apple Pencil replacement request Hi! I recently purchased an Apple pencil, but after a few days, I was unable to connect it to my device.
