I am not able to receive phone calls with my almost brand new iphone 12 pro. So my partner does the test and tried to ring me as well and he got the screen message : dagmar is at another call ( and i am not !!!!! )
i am updating my phone now to 14 .6 but NO CHANGE my ringing sound does not function. I do see a message at my screen though that someone is calling me. How bizarre !!

I got the answer by searching on you tube. There is a little button on the right side which you can slide! When the ringtone is off you see a little bit of orange there and it should not be ..if you want to hear your callers.
