Boot Camp and/or 32-bit
Why does my computer have boot camp if the newer MacBook Air (M1, 2020) (the one with the apple chip) doesn't support it? Also, is it possible to run 32-bit games and if so, how?

In order to keep the software distribution simple, the same is distributed on all macOS platforms. However, from Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support, Boot Camp requires a Mac with an Intel processor.
Also, is it possible to run 32-bit games and if so, how?
32-bit macOS Applications were deprecated as documented in 32-bit app compatibility with macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later - Apple Support.
You can install Parallels and try to run 32-bit games, but Intel software its unsupported. You can consider QEMU (https://www.qemu.org) as an option.
