Apple job application site not allowing me to submit

There are a few bugs on the site that are preventing me from applying:

-I'm unable to select any of the "Checkboxes" in the questionnaire. I keep clicking on the boxes, but nothing happens.

-When I click the 'Submit' button, a popup tells me I'm unable to submit at this time, and it asks me to call customer service.

Any idea what's going on and how I can actually submit my application?
