iPhone 12 Pro is hacked?

I have had two instances where my setting on my IPhone 12 Pro has changed on its own! One was my Siri voice.. and the other gave me a notice on my Lock Screen that my phone was in Do Not Disturb mode.. at the wrong time.. but when I Checked actual settings it was correct… Given all the talk about phone takeovers by hackers.. it makes me so nervous.. I have restarted my phone..
