Is My Phone Hacked?

So within the past two weeks, every time I use my phone for directions this crazy thing happens. I'll be driving along listening to Siri for directions when all of a sudden my original Siri gets interrupted by what sounds like another Siri. The second Siri sounds more muffled than the original Siri. The second Siri also says, "Sorry, starting again," every time she interrupts. Besides this instance, my phone will also randomly turn its volume up and down when it is connected to something by BlueTooth. So, is my phone hacked?
