My iPhone 7 is acting strange, such as a long delay when adjusting volume, slow opening apps, slow when responding to commands (Siri). Could my phone be hacked? Is there a way for me to check?

Are you running iOS 15.4.1? Are you running a jailbreak? If the answers to those questions are Yes and No you are not hacked.
Go to Settings > Battery > Health and post the percentage that is shown. Also go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and how much free space do you have.

Thank you for your response. My phone is updated and not a “jailbreak” phone. Good to know I haven’t been hacked. Probably just time to buy a new phone.
