Brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max will not connect to WiFi. How can this be resolved?

How can I connect new iPhone 12 Pro Max to WiFi? Never had this problem before now. I have reset the WiFi router, reset the iPhone twice and also turned it off and on several times.

See the suggestions in this link, but if nothing works for you, it's a new phone, so speak with Apple directly --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
