Hi, I have got a new iPhone 11 Pro and the Bluetooth doesn’t work at all. I have tried many different things to fix the issue but still not working:

It means your device doesn't have any profile or MDM installed, it's a good sign.
Most bluetooth devices have a discovery mode or button, which helps you to locate it on iPhone settings and pair. Did you check the manual of the bluetooth accessory?
Additionally, what type of device you're trying to pair with your iPhone?
What do you mean by "doesn't work at all", is it enabled, but cannot locate bluetooth device or completely greyed out?
Do you have "Profile" or "Device Management" in General Settings?
Yes it is enabled but cannot locate any Bluetooth devices at all. I have checked and I cannot see Profile or Device management in General Settings, why is that?
The device is a Garmin vivoactive. On the Garmin app, the Bluetooth is enabled. It used to work with my old iPhone! Not sure what causing this issue
