Overheating Mac

Hi Guys, I am new to Apple laptops and I have a MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2019.

My laptop is overheating a bit. Ive typed into Google but it says to clean it out but it doesn't have any vents so I have no idea.

I did have too many tabs open, so I closed them all. But I could hear the fan working really hard and I thought it might explode.

Ive had the laptop for one year, brought from Noel Leeming in Lower Hutt, NZ for those overseas, I'm not sure if I should take for them to look at it or not?

Do you folks have any ideas that may help or what I should do not do?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4
